- I retired on medical grounds from a very satisfying job over a year ago - but I seem to be busier than ever. I try to watch a film a week, I joined U3A, do so much reading (I belong to three reading groups) go to the theatre regularly and love living in East London. I know everyone thinks it is violent and dangerous but I love the diversity and the variety. My one regret - I live on the third floor, and I can't keep a cat. Love the radio. Do leave me a message!

Strayed over here from a link to the Tate Modern's 30 pieces of silver and noted you had recently visited Hadrian at the British Museum, which I'll follow up given your mention!
Hi - thanks for visiting. I don't keep my blogs very up to date - and tend to just post the titel & a picture with the INTENTION of coming back & filling in. I saw the Tate Modern's 30 pieces of silver and appreciated it greatly - more than can be said for a lot of the exhibits there....
